The rental agreement and information form below must be filled in, signed, and returned to us in person, by mail or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you with confirmation. Your date is NOT reserved if you have not received confirmation notification from us. Payment in full must be received at time of reserving the room. Please contact us if you have any additional questions.
Room rental agreement and information This tells us the date, room, and times you need the room. It also has the information regarding the church rules for the use of the room in order to leave it properly to get your deposit back. You can fill it out and email it back to us.
If it is inconvenient to come into the office to pay for the rental, you will be able to do it here.
