The rental form and the rental information form must be filled in, signed, and returned to us by mail or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you confirmation. Your date is NOT reserved if you have not received confirmation notification from us. Please contact us if you have any additional questions.
Room rental form This tells us the date, room, and times you need the room.
Rental information This has the information you need to be sure you receive your security deposit back!
If it is incomvenient to come into the office to pay for the rental, you will be able to do it here.
